• Matcha-based mixes (e.g. latte, vending machine powders).
• Dry smoothie powders and refreshers.
• Private label and retail packaging solutions.

• Orders are confirmed through email communication and acceptance of a proforma invoice.
• In most cases, prices are provided by email and confirmed per order.
• No customer account is required to place orders.

• All prices are quoted in EUR or GBP (as specified).
• Payment methods: bank transfer or card payment via Stripe.
• Payment terms:
  • Smaller orders - 100% prepayment.
  • Larger orders - terms agreed individually.
• Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. VAT is applied in accordance with EU and Latvian regulations.

• Standard terms: EXW (Ex Works).
• Upon request, we may arrange shipping through our logistics partners, with all costs borne by the client.
• Delivery timelines depend on order size and availability.
• For intra-EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number, reverse charge VAT rules apply. For non-EU or private customers, VAT and applicable duties are charged according to law.

• Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted.
• Customers are encouraged to order samples before larger purchases.
• If goods are damaged during delivery or packaging is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• We aim to ensure consistent product quality and safe supply.
• We do not provide warranties beyond product conformity with agreed specifications.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or delays outside our control.
